Log in to your account.
Click on your name in the top-right corner.
From the drop-down menu, click "Admin."
On the "Users" tab in the Site Admin page, select "Add new user."
Follow the instructions to create a user one-by-one or follow the prompts to import a CSV.
- If creating accounts by CSV: Please make sure to download our CSV staff and student template for more details around creating your file. The column for the school name is optional. This template can also be used to upload student/staff demo accounts. After downloading the template, upload it back and the demo users will be added to the site.
- For a teacher/staff account: If the email address matches an existing email address associated with an account on the site, an upload will not update their account, so they can continue to use the same password.
- For a student account: If the username matches a prior username, an upload will not update their account, and they should continue to use their existing password.
